Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Aiden brings 15+ years of experience to ensure your project runs smoothly. Aiden’s wealth of expertise in project engineering, project management, and team leadership within the manufacturing and construction industries means you have an expert overseeing your project. One of his favourite projects at Xanadu was a custom wine cellar designed to resemble a mineshaft, complete with a working rail track and hidden door. Aiden believes there’s always something to learn from everyone and that growth is a constant opportunity. He credits much of his technical and analytical skills to his lifelong involvement with interesting and challenging projects both in school and out.

Outside of work, Aiden values family life, especially spending time watching his daughter grow. Football plays a big role in his personal life GO BILLS GO! (unless you’re talking to his wife, in which case, it’s go Ravens!). In addition to football, Aiden has recently taken up golf. He humbly refers to himself as “mastering” the game, though he admits he’s still working on improving his skills.
