There is no substitute for experience. Bill’s 30+ years in the industry include designing, building and installing cabinetry. While he can do every step of the process, he uses his experience at another industry leader, where he grew the staff from 3 to 120 with annual sales of $14M, to outfit Xanadu to be a company of innovative, mindful specialists working together to craft the wow-worthy, envy-inducing cabinetry our clients enjoy. Our adoption of water-based wood stains was lead by Bill for the health and safety of our team, clients and environment. Keep an eye out for the next big idea Bill will put into motion.  

When not hands-on at work, Bill is playing the cutest grandkids he’s ever had or riding his motorcycle through the countryside.
