The Xanadu Way
We use the latest technology in professional design services to bring your home renovation to life. To start, we will schedule a site visit to create 3D images of your home. This allows us to generate full site measurements and a 3D floor plan.
A follow-up meeting will then be scheduled at our showroom with one of our professional designers and our construction specialist to discuss thoughts from the initial site visit and ideas on the direction going forward. Based on that meeting, a full set of colour designs will be drawn up to show both existing and proposed new spaces.
Everything from complex renovations to open concept and structural redesign all fall within our scope of expertise. Our design services are comprehensive and include space planning, preliminary material selections, and consideration of every element of your new space in order to create exceptional results. Once the design is complete, our designer will present a Full Scope of Work Document with an estimated budget range and major material allowances.
